However, unlike developers, the treatment of planners, especially service web planners and UI/UX web planners, is relatively minimal, so the question of whether they will continue their lifespan as web planners continues because of this.

A “next-generation system (next-generation convergence project)” is a system that ideally integrates business and IT to effectively reflect and support company-wide business strategies such as finance.

As far as we know, phone banking and internet banking in the financial sector are next-generation systems that first appeared, and now they have evolved into a convergence system that provides data (My Data) that analyzes personal financial patterns and information.


Reasons to do a next-generation convergence project (1) Clear demand and prospects

It is developed not only in the financial sector, but also by most public institutions and companies that require a combination of IT and business, and although it varies depending on the development of technology, new construction is required every 5-7 years. In particular, demand for system platforms incorporating big data, AI, My Data, and deep learning is increasing according to technologies such as big data, AI, My Data, and deep learning.

Building a next-generation system is a long-term project that takes about 2 years, and new construction is required every 5 to 7 years. Hello, I started in IT during the first venture boom in 1999, so it's been 24 years since I started. Like most web planners, when I was a newcomer, I went through service planning procedures such as a simple website with a focus on design, then operation planning, and shopping mall planning, then became a system builder, starting with a National Police Agency project by chance around 2010, and focused on planning next-generation systems, starting with a deep learning project in 2018. As it turns out, I've been working as a service web designer for about 9 years, integrated system (SI) web planning for about 10 years, and a next-generation system web planner for about 5 years.

Web planners should also evolve in line with IT technology that is evolving day by day. I share with my colleagues my know-how on the web planning process from A to Z, which involves web planning for next-generation projects such as Big Data, My Data, and Deep Learning in preparation for the future of the 4th industry, to structure, logic design, and output generation, integrated testing, and stabilization.
