Basics of cookingFor each menu, I'll tell you in detail how to choose ingredients, how to care for ingredients, storage methods, and precautions. If you know the ingredients well, you won't get lost in the supermarket anymore, and you'll be able to pick out fresh ingredients suitable for the dishes you want to eat! Also, I'll show you how to properly adjust the heat, how to season, and basic cooking methods! Get the basics right and enjoy a wonderful cooking life even after class!
How to use the main materialEach chapter will cover the four types of ingredients: pork, beef, chicken, and seafood! You'll experience all the different flavors by making four different dishes with each main ingredient! It consists of delicious menus that have been tested in traditional classes, such as salad, steak, sandwiches, pasta, stew, donburi, etc. You can make one dish and have a nice honbap, or you can make all the chapter dishes and serve them as a course meal when you invite guests! After taking all the courses, you'll be able to create your own course menu that you won't find anywhere else:)
Even the plating is perfect! I'll also show you how to plate it nicely while plating it myself. Whether you're eating alone or in a group, enjoy your meal properly and comfortably!

CHAPTER 1: A course meal made with pork Lesson 1: Pork shabu-shabu salad This salad is made of thinly sliced pork shabu-shabu with dark beer and served with fresh, hearty vegetables and two types of dressing. Enjoy two versions, a spicy and refreshing sauce and a sweet and savory dressing, to suit your taste and mood. It's a salad that's easy to make and plain when you make it.
Lesson 2: Pork Sukiyaki This is a very simple sukiyaki made from thinly sliced pork shoulder loin. It's really delicious and fun to eat when you sit around with plenty of konjac, grilled eggplant, and mushrooms and dip the ingredients into a raw egg. Unlike beef, pork doesn't become stiff even when it cools down and is soft, and the price is much cheaper, so it's the best value for money.
Lesson 3: Buta-dong A Japanese-style pork bowl butadon made from pieces of pork left over from cooking everything. I have my own secret to cooking delicious butadon. I'll tell you all the details!
Lesson 4: Chashu I'll also try to eat it on ramen, cut only the char siu into thin slices and eat it as a bowl, cut it into thin slices and make char siu, which is the main menu when served with the sauce, and also make a sauce that goes well with it.
