Hello:)

I'm Kim Millan, an Italian chef.

When I was a kid, I watched Jamie Oliver's cooking program on TV to pursue my vaguely dream of being a chef, so I dropped out of college and began to pursue the path of a chef.. I loved Italian cuisine so much that I went to an interview with a random resume, and I was really curious about mainland Italian cuisine, so I moved to Italy and went to Alma Culinary School. Currently I have been working at a Michelin 2-star restaurant in Milan for 3 years, having gained experience in several Italian restaurants.

The unique appeal of Italian cuisine

Have you ever forgotten the taste of local cuisine that you accidentally tasted during your trip to Italy or the pasta you tasted at a high-end Italian restaurant on your special anniversary? The appeal of Italian cuisine, which captures both health and flavor, while making use of the original flavor of the ingredients. However, it's not expensive to go to a fancy restaurant every time to enjoy this flavor in Korea.

I'll give you an original Italian recipe.

Have you ever tried searching for a recipe in the search box to embody the taste of Italian food you've tasted somewhere? Wasn't the screen filled with only fusion recipes such as Korean-style cream pasta and earthenware pot pasta? For those of you, I would like to share a recipe for anyone to enjoy the cuisine of mainland Italy at home. I'll share some home-cooked recipes that Italians treat to their precious guests, loved ones, and loved ones.

From basic sauces and broths to appetizers, full meals, and main meals, I'll show you some little-known Italian home-style dishes. I'll also share some tips based on my own experiences. So that everyone can make delicious food without failure. We'll guide you through segmented, structured recipes and much more detailed explanations so you can easily understand and follow them.

Hallo I'm Kim Mil-ran, who runs the YouTube channel Kim Mil-ran. I'm currently working at a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Milan, Italy, and it's thanks to pasta that I love pasta so much that I started cooking Italian cuisine.

I started my YouTube channel because I wanted to correct misknowledge and information about pasta, but undeservedly, it began to receive the attention and love of many people. Every time I watch a video on my YouTube channel and see a comment saying that the dish I made brought happiness to someone special, I feel really proud.

This is a great opportunity to share with you more detailed and detailed knowledge on how to make delicious pasta. Here, I plan to focus more on details and points that I couldn't explain in detail in the YouTube video. Let's decorate the house with a small Italian kitchen with me?
