I'm Mamisu, who runs the “Mamis Torten” cake business in Germany. They are 100% custom-made according to customer needs, and they also run baking classes.
My first experience with baking came from my German mother-in-law. On the day I first met her more than ten years ago, I learned how to cook from my mother-in-law because she served her own baked cake for tea time, but she fell in love with the taste of her cake, which she only bought at famous bakeries.
Then, I set my career path in Germany towards baking, and from then on, I began to go back and forth between Korea and Germany, visiting experts in various fields to learn. Since then, we have registered a business and established ourselves as a baking company in Germany, and we are making early reservation deadlines every month without ads, only word of mouth and customer referrals.
Meanwhile, I developed my own recipe, found my own method, and made a cake unique to “Mami's”, and among them, “Cake Pops,” which is the signature of “Mami's Torten.”
There are people who have never eaten Mamisune cake pops, but no one has eaten them only once. I would like to share the infinite appeal of cake pops beyond time and space with those who want to know Mami's know-how.
