It is good for coloring due to its short brush tip. The handle is transparent.

2. Uni-ball Signo white pen

It is good for writing or drawing on top of colored surfaces.

3. PILOT Water Resistant Pen Super Petite Black < Fine >

It does not smudge when you paint after drawing a line as it is water resistant.

You can draw anything with this pen.

4. AVALON Watercolor Paper (SM Size, 300g/㎡, 12 Middle Sheets, Spring Type) 

It is a high quality watercolor paper that is easy to draw on, with good pigmentation.

The paper quality matters especially when drawing images of food.

5. Pipette

It is convenient for diluting paint.

Hello! I am illustrator Okabe Keiko.

Thank you all for visiting my class. I expressed my feelings of 'tasty', 'cute', 'happy' into paintings and transformed it into a special memory. I have been teaching sketch for about a decade in Tokyo.

I would like to share the skills that enable anyone to improve quickly with all of my Classmates. I promise that I will try my best to support each and every one of you to find and utilize your specialities.

Q. What kind of illustrations do you draw?

Where do you usually get your inspiration?

A. In the past, I usually went outdoors to get motivation. Now I just draw any moments of my life such as the things I ususally buy when shopping, or gifts that I received. I occasionally look up Instagram or Pinterest too!
