The etymology of Calligraphy is a combination of the Greek words Kallos (to be beautiful) and Graph (to write), which means “to write beautifully.” I'm happy just looking at beautiful letters, but writing it myself would be even more satisfying.
But didn't you think that calligraphy was somehow too technical and far removed from me as a bad writer?
In fact, handwriting is a skill. Everyone can get it through practice and training! Even the people who do our calligraphers are very different from the handwriting that uses that technology. In other words, I'd like to say that it has nothing to do with dexterity or my own handwriting. Learn techniques to express our daily lives in a better way, such as decorating a diary!
All of my calligraphy lessons are aimed at showing and teaching the most beautiful forms. When it comes to food, it's probably the most delicious flavor in my mouth; if it's music, it's probably the music that resonates with my heart the most! A lot of people admired the beauty of English Cali, yet they felt burdened by writing it themselves. walnut ink
It's a powder made from the shell of a walnut and doesn't smudge, so it's great for practice. I'll start by showing you how to make walnut powder with ink.
Pearl ink
The ink contains shiny pearl particles and shimmers even more beautifully on dark-colored paper. We will send random colors to make your work more colorful and enjoyable.
Oblique pen holder
The English calli nib uses an oblique pen holder rather than a straight holder.
Zebra G nib
We'll prepare 3 nibs so you can change pen tips while learning the alphabet.
Milk photo paper
The paper does not smear with ink and is suitable for writing with a pen tip. Use a printer to print guidelines on milk photo paper before use. (To save you the trouble of drawing guidelines every time, I'll provide a guideline file that I created myself.)
Mermaid paper
The colors I usually use will be sent to you in batches, and you can make a work by cutting them to the size you want.

Hello! I'm Danbisweetrain, a calligrapher. My work name, Danbisweetrain, comes from my moto of refreshing monotonous everyday life with words and letters as if you'd welcome refreshing spring rain.
Since I was young, I liked to sympathize and write good words, and I majored in English literature and French literature. Also, I've always admired art. I came across English calligraphy at the center of all my interests, and refining my handwriting became a process of refining myself.

There are many traditional fonts in English calligraphy, and learning the first font is very difficult, but the second and third are much easier and more enjoyable, just like parenting. If you observe and express the alphabet with me, you'll feel a great sense of joy.
