He is the representative of Chromite Coffee and has been exploring delicious coffee for 20 years.

The history of coffee in Korea may be long if it is long, and short if it is short, but it is not an exaggeration to say that it has experienced a period of upheaval in its journey, showing the diversity of styles and trends.

[In the mountains of Colombia in 2014]

I started with a part-time job at Starbucks simply because I liked coffee, and at a time when information was ridiculously scarce, I traveled back and forth between Seoul and Japan to learn about coffee, brewing, and roasting. In 2004, I finally opened my own roastery cafe, and fell in love with the specialty coffee market. As a lecturer and association in Korea, I obtained the qualification of an authorized lecturer from the International Coffee Association in Europe in 2011 and continued my activities. Currently, I am reaching out to the surrounding area with friends who love specialty coffee through coffee, education, and various community events.

[Mountain area in Ethiopia in 2017]

Nowadays, when zip-cock life is popular, where people spend a lot of time at home, I will share all my experiences and know-how so that you can enjoy a home cafe with the same atmosphere, taste, and aroma as a cafe at home.

[2017 Ethiopia Mountain Area 2]

Based on a solid curriculum, only those who wish after taking the course can take the certification exam for the basic course issued by the International Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).

Anyone can start a professional hobby.
