1. 1 90cm EVA foam roller

Massage improves blood circulation and mobility, and helps with flexion and extension movements. It's one of the tools you need to exercise your whole body after childbirth.

  • EVA material: Intense exercise can be counterproductive. So the fact is that the material of the foam roller is also important! It's also a flexible material, and it's a harmless material used for kids' and toddler mats, making it even more secure.

2. Yoga ring hard type

It is a yoga ring that can be inserted into the calf to relieve swelling or give a cool massage to every corner of the body that has not been touched. It is a hard type that does not bend due to body weight, and gives a more powerful stimulus, so you can feel a deeper sense of coolness.
