Hallo It's name.

These days, I often think back to my mind when I first started painting. Maybe it's because I want to share with you how I felt when I first started? I often placed a pen while thinking about what to draw on a white sheet of paper. I was always afraid until I drew a line. I mean, the moment I draw a line, it just doesn't feel like it.

Can you draw well?

It's something I always ask myself. I don't think anyone can draw well from the beginning. Anything is difficult at first, and I think it's natural to be clumsy. It's hard being alone, but let's get rid of fear like me. I'll be on your side to help you.

My class

This class was created to easily and comfortably access parts that seem difficult to draw. Also, I want to bring out your own sensibility through a pen.

Just like every person has their own mood, so does painting. There is an atmosphere that each painting has. Capture your mood with pen drawings. I'll show you the basics. Let's express your sensibility by putting your mood on top of that. Nothing huge or difficult. You can express it just the way it is.

I can express many expressions with just one line.

There are pictures like that. A picture that looks clean and detailed with just one stroke of a pen. If you use only the necessary lines, you can capture all the neatness and detail.

To do that, let's move away from the idea that we have to be perfect first?

Perfect human body, perfect facial proportions, and detailed hair. These parts were rather a heavy burden for painting. Even if it's a little twisted, sometimes crooked, it can be attractive as it is. I want to share my know-how in an easy and concise manner so that it's not difficult for you.

Don't try to express everything.

There are times when I want to fill in a lot of things or express every part I see and draw. This is a necessary part if you want to draw precision. However, most of the time it will take a long time.

The direction I am pursuing in this class is that I want to draw a realistic picture in a short time. To do that, I think it's effective to be modest, catch points, and boldly omit them. Even if you express only the necessary parts with the necessary lines, you can draw a rich enough picture. Also, I think it's nice to give the beauty of the margins by making bold omissions so that people who look at the picture feel a variety of emotions.

It's important to keep drawing.

It's the most important part I think. I hope that through this class, you will also develop a habit of drawing continuously. If you can draw in a short amount of time through classes, drawing one sheet a day will not be as difficult as you might think.

I hope painting becomes your daily routine, a hobby, and sometimes a friend. Let's have fun drawing together.

Nam E

Hallo I'm Nam E, a pen drawing creator.

I'm doing pen drawing to capture a delicate sensibility in my paintings. When I asked my fans why they love my paintings, they often said, “It's delicate, and you can feel the warmth and story in it.” I thought that the direction I was pursuing was the same as the direction my viewers felt, and I had a lot of thoughts, “I really communicate with pictures.” My relationship with Class 101 gave me the opportunity to communicate with pictures even in a new place. I would like to share how to express the analog sensibility I feel with a pen through class and the know-how I have built up through trial and error. I'm looking forward to communicating with you through pictures. I hope to see you soon. Thank you
