From poor, disabled, and bullied middle school boys,

From starting a cafe to becoming a 10 billion asset owner

(333 appearances in Shomingapbu)

Hello! I'm Kang Ho-dong, the representative of the bakery/brunch cafe “La La Bread.”

I would like to talk to you about “my know-how in starting a restaurant business that is bound to succeed.”

Do you think starting a business is difficult and scary?

If I did it, you can do it too!

코로나19 때문에 너무 힘든 시기거든요

▶ It's a very difficult time because of COVID-19

그래서 더 희망을 드리고 싶어서 왔어요

▶ That's why I came here because I wanted to give you more hope

I'm not trying to tell the obvious story that if you have a positive mind and work with passion, you too can succeed. There are many success equations in the world, but I think there are many simple theoretical, formal, and outwardly entrepreneurial stories. I would like to share with you how ordinary people like us can succeed, and the know-how gained through failure and success.

Dragon in the stream, it's a miracle

To tell my story, I was a “basic beneficiary” who couldn't escape poverty for a whopping 15 years. Also, I was born with “hemophilia,” a disability that doesn't stop when I bleed, and I was always “bullied” at school, and I experienced the death of a whopping 3 fathers in my life, and I always suffered from “violence” and passed the height of death.

연 매출 100억원 부동산 자산 100억원

▶ Annual sales 10 billion won, real estate assets 10 billion won

If I did it in such a ridiculous environment, I'm sure you'll succeed too. I'm not trying to tell the obvious story that you can succeed by incorporating theory as taught in school. Since the startup market works completely differently from theory, I would like to show you practical ways to make money and how to survive.

If you don't do anything,

Nothing happens.

I cursed the world more than anyone else, and I was an introverted and pessimistic person.

But I didn't want to live my life like this

I couldn't overcome my step-dad's violence and poverty, so I gave up my studies at the age of 18 and went to Seoul at random to raise money. I spent less money on places to sleep and food, and I survived like a bad person with confidence in my life even under the pressure of my colleagues.

It was a tough time, but I didn't just pursue money. I took a moment to read about 2,000 books to learn and learn the know-how of so-called smart people or successful people. At the age of 26, I barely collected 100 million dollars and started a business.

Since then, I have been running an online marketing company for about 10 years, and I have managed 37 franchises for the dessert cafe tart specialty store “Tartar”, and I have operated a store and 8 directly managed stores of the bakery cafe “Lala Bread”.

What began as a part-time job after overcoming the obstacle of hemophilia and started a business with all the money collected has now grown into a company with sales of 10 billion units, and has grown into a 10 billion building owner due to investment in real estate. Now I want to share my life experience and success know-how with you.

Filled with my experience and success know-how,

Why did you open the “Entrepreneurship” class?

One of the keys to my success is “selfless tendencies.” While I was doing business, I gave lectures at middle and high schools over 100 times every time I had time, and I often helped mentor founders. Every time this happened, there were questions I always heard.

How can I succeed?
What's wrong with my business?
Can I do business even if I have nothing?

I would like to share all of my know-how, which I am proud not to hear anywhere else when I encounter a question full of urgency. However, delivery was difficult due to time limitations. There were difficulties in mentoring as time went by, and there were parts that I couldn't digest.

I would like to share all the know-how of starting a successful business, but it was difficult to have a deep conversation after 1 to 2 hours of short mentoring. Therefore, I would like to share my know-how in a more systematic and detailed manner through the Class 101 online course.

What will I learn?

Through this class, you will examine and learn the following topics as an entrepreneur.

  1. Getting Ready to Start a Business ①: Entrepreneurs' Commitment • Getting Insights
  2. Preparing to Start a Business ②: Entrepreneurial Mindset • Market Research • Lean Startup Methodology
  3. Practical start-up ①: brand planning • product development • price and menu analysis, etc.
  4. Practical Entrepreneurship ②: Visual Performance (Interior, Packaging) • Marketing, etc.
  5. Practical Entrepreneurship ③: Buying and Expanding Real Estate • How to Acquire Your Own Building with a Small Equity Capital
  6. Entrepreneurship Continuation: Changes and Response Measures through Future Market Analysis
  7. Self-care: How to keep learning and maintaining your mentality

✔ ︎ Examples of practical aspects of starting a class

• STP (Market, Customer Analysis and Positioning)

“Zippy Keeper” says that if you know your enemy and know yourself, at least you won't be dangerous. If I know the size and status of the market I want to enter, identify the needs and problems of consumers in that market, and “solve” them, I can win the market. You will learn about planning, which is the foundation and everything about starting a business.

• Branding (naming, product planning, etc.)

How did the name Lala Bread come about? We have decided on various themes, and we continue to discuss the brand's philosophy and to create a name that is easy for customers to call and remember. Naming is the beginning of branding that penetrates the entire brand and influences future marketing strategies and visual aspects. Learn how to build naming through examples.

• Profit and loss calculation

You will learn how to first identify estimated sales, required material costs, labor costs, and other management costs and fees, and set reasonable monthly/annual goals based on a sustainable operating profit for the business. For company representatives, checking profit and loss status and targets is just as important as breathing. Learn how to make profit and loss data at a glance.

• Real estate

If you started your first business, you would have obtained a shopping district by analyzing the location and commercial area, and paying rent in addition to rights. Tenants do the work, but the real money earners are the owners of the building. How can I buy my own building and make it a “hot spot” even if it's not in the main commercial area? Learn real estate expansion strategies to go beyond 10 billion sales and become a 10 billion asset owner.

Excellent intuition comes only from experience and experience
-Kakao Chairman Kim Beom-soo-

What makes my lectures unique is that they are not theoretical education or stories from others that I learn at school, but that they include know-how from my practical experience from the bottom up. I want to help you gain more insight into your business by experiencing my story firsthand.

After taking this class,

How will this change?

What will change for you after completing this class?

Like tartar and lala bread,
You can start a bakery cafe where you wait in line!

As mentioned above, it's hard to say that you can start a big business right after taking the class.

However, all of you will know my entire process of creating such a popular café. How do you research the market? How do you communicate with customers and do marketing? How do you arrange products, package them, and set up the interior? How are new products conceived and planned? I would like to generously share ways to make money.

My final goal is,

To create 100 billion representatives!

We will help and support all successful entrepreneurs:)

It's a time of great trials. However, even in the midst of this, I would like to express my respect to all of you who want to create “your own path” rather than chasing the majority of people. There are three secrets that have brought me to this place. It's “reading a book,” “doing it,” and “not giving up.”

Reading a good book is talking to the best people of the past
-Descartes-

When I wanted to give up after starting a business and running a business, I used to get answers through books and through outstanding teachers. I hope that all of you who take my classes will also get answers from the book and get answers from the business by communicating with me.

I too will learn and grow by listening to your thoughts and thinking together. A successful businessman! We support everyone who has entered the path of being a 10 billion reserve asset owner:)

Business with Hodong

Hallo I'm Kang Ho-dong, who is currently the CEO of Lala Bread!

Also, on YouTube, they run a startup channel with tips and know-how on starting a business and real estate.

It fought against poverty and disease, generated 10 billion in sales from the business, and became a 10 billion asset owner through various other investments. I want to share my life experience know-how created by bumping into and breaking in the real world.

While mentoring on a regular basis, there was a part where it was difficult to share all the know-how to start a successful business due to time limitations. I want to share my experiences through online classes without time and space restrictions.

Also, my goal is to make 100 representatives of 10 billion people!!

Through my lectures, I would like to create more rewarding things with people who can grow, reflect, and succeed together.
