A self-taught piano player

From becoming free from code

However, I wasn't able to play the piano this proficiently from the beginning. My piano career began at an ordinary school when I was 7 years old, and I mainly practiced classical music until middle 3, then began to study on my own after high school. One day, I came across a chord sheet music, and of course I couldn't play this sheet music. Because there was no left-handed sheet music.

It's a normal chord score. As a basic form of chord score, you need to think about how to play with your left hand.

First-time chords might think of the left hand like this: You can make it this way, but it's not the shape you want.

If you want to play like this with just the chord sheet music The left hand is the accompaniment, and the right hand is out of the melody If you want to play, you must not only play with your left hand, but also with your right hand. I will show you one step at a time based on my experience so that you can perform this kind of performance.

Customized courses for non-majors

This class is not a curriculum based on Hwaseong Department majors. This is a course based on what I have experienced, without any more difficult terms than necessary. I've planted short but powerful tips in a few places. Even with the addition of a single note, you will experience a luxurious performance of your own.

How to differentiate my rhythm

  1. How to play at 3/4 beat, 4/4 beat, 6/8 beat
  2. Various patterns on the left hand, simultaneous use of the left hand and right hand
  3. How to play rhythmically in a luxurious way

Let's learn about the like:)

Adding a jazz sensibility, a working bass

  1. Working base using scale
  2. Working base using code
  3. Working base using octaves

Let's learn about the like:)

Complex chords and beats

It can't be a correct answer.

What things make our performance better? As the years go by, I gain more knowledge and know-how, but rather, I I don't play it all. Normally, I play by adding only a few notes to an existing chord, and I only play briefly and intensely only the parts that I think require splendor.

Not fancy code and complicated finesse
Good performance comes from confidence.

Compared to the days when I used to play basic chords now, there's only one thing that has changed for me: confidence. So how does confidence come about? When I think, “I can play harder things, but this level of difficulty is enough,” I feel confident in playing. Difficult songs that can be played breathlessly are more likely to make mistakes, and when played in front of people, they are more likely to make mistakes, which doesn't seem like a good performance.

To be able to perform with confidence
Let me guide you

You will learn a lot of complicated and colorful performances through this course, but I hope your final goal is not a brilliant performance, but a confident performance. I'll see you in class.
