I'm “Byulgreen,” a breathing meditation guide.

He has completed courses as a meditation leader, yoga instructor, dance therapy, art meditation, and music therapist, and is currently working as the director of a meditation club.

Since I was a child, I have suffered from allergic rhinitis and asthma symptoms, so I know very well that respiratory diseases impair the quality of everyday life, and that male and female mothers have pain and discomfort.

Since I learned how to breathe, I was able to live a normal life without taking medication.

I started yoga at the age of 21, but there are so many questions I can't solve, so it's been over 10 years since I started meditating at the age of 24.


Meditation is not an isolated area of religion or practitioners. Meditation is essentially a post-religious, depolitical domain.

Active research activities on breathing and meditation are being carried out in Western society, and research results from the scientific community and the medical community are compiled into books.

I was able to experience confidence, freedom of consciousness, and immersion while I was able to revive my senses of body and mind while doing breathing meditation.


By fusing the experience I learned from meditation, the wisdom of old ancestors, and modern scientific research, I would like to promote good breathing and guide you on the path of breathing meditation.

Meditation is a tool that ultimately helps us become a free and independent personality.
