I'm Jack the instructor of the combat diet.
I worked as a training instructor at MCRD in San Diego, USA in 2006 to train the physical fitness and mental strength of the US Marines. Since 2011, I have changed the lives of many people in Korea by acting as a health doctor from beginners to experts through joint training with the US Marine Corps Expeditionary Force and Scout Sniper Force Recon, as well as various content education.
Now that every pattern of life has changed due to COVID-19, everything was uncomfortable, right? Home training for mental strengthening and physical fitness that can be done at homeI would like to introduce you to
Combat training where you can take care of your mental health and physical health together!

“Combat Diet” is a US Marine Corps Special Forces military diet course with more than 28 contents for 9 weeks (about 2 months), and has never been seen in diet courses that have been seen at home or abroad. It is a program where you can get not only the best physical fitness improvement in a short period of time, but also a change in habits through additional diet benefits and mental strength enhancementIt's. Through the combat diet, you will find a much better lifestyle and lead a more energetic life~^^
Before entering full-scale combat home training, all of your classmates We plan to conduct 4 evaluations and surveys (questionnaire evaluation, static evaluation, body fat analysis, diet survey)! After that, if you participate in and manage the program, you will be able to easily reach your desired goals.

You can buy the tools separately if you want, The same effect can be achieved with exercise tools made using the method taught by creator Jack!

During my military life, I served as various instructors/professors based on my experience working in special forces, worked as an interpreter/translator between allied trainings, and completed the Doctoral Language Course at the U.S. Marine Corps DI School (MCRD), leadership course (SOI), and US Department of Defense (DLI) while studying abroad. ~^^I have experience in teaching various subjects for foreigners and Koreans at home and abroad, and I felt very rewarding in teaching people who had a turning point in their lives by catching two rabbits with physical strength and mental strength at once through the combat diet program, and with these various experiences and know-how, I have launched a “combat diet” dedicated to home.
Currently, the senior professor at CMAS Combat Diver School, BULLET-K Senior Tactical Instructor/Director of Education, and KKM Krav Ma are working as the Association Instructor/Foreign Cooperation Committee, and have published many books, starting with “Building a Recon Marine Body in 8 Weeks,” “Scout Sniper,” and “Combat Diving Manual,” and is currently writing a book on survival techniques.
