Two things make this class special
❶ Direct lecture by the author of “I left the company because relationships were difficult”
My first book, “I left the company because my relationships were difficult,” was first published on the reading platform “Milly's Library,” and received a hot response with 7,000 downloads, and was also published as a paper book in September '22. People who read this book “suggest the direction of a lost work life,” and in particular, left a comment saying “a must-read book for all newcomers to society.” Even experts in the field of psychological counseling have responded enthusiastically, saying “This is a book I recommend to everyone.”
I was able to prepare for this class because the book became a bestseller, the summary audio was recorded in the voice of singer Yoon Do-hyun, and published as a paper book, I was convinced that my experience and insight could be of great help to many people in their working lives. Through this class, I'll teach you directly how to apply parts that may be a little vague when viewed only in writing to real life.

❷ What I experienced when I left the job where I worked for 11 years
A course that incorporates all experiences
I worked for a foreign company for 11 years and eventually chose to leave the company after suffering from excessive performance requirements, distrust among colleagues, and excessive competition and pressure. After I left the company, I began counseling and clinical psychology studies to gain a deeper understanding of the minds of others and myself. In preparing for this class based on what I learned in this course, I tried to create a 'practical' class so that my enlightenment can be applied to your real life.
There are many lectures that talk about mind management. However, when faced with the actual situation, there are many people who don't know what, where, and how to do it, and eventually feel the same as the beginning because nothing has improved. I definitely wanted to solve this part through class.
This class is a 'hands-on' class where you can directly apply theory to your real life. You can print out and fill out the worksheets given for each lesson, and actively use them to actually change your life. If you want to grow into a person who knows your heart better than anyone else and knows how to manage it, please complete the worksheet one by one and watch the class until the end. Through 23 lectures together, I will be the butler of your heart.

Hallo I'm Anna, the Mind Gardener.
I majored in psychology at the undergraduate level because I was very interested in people's minds, but when I graduated, I first got a job and started working for a company because I thought I should earn money by getting a job first. I had a variety of experiences at my first job for 11 years, and I was able to gain skills, but I felt that I was losing myself the longer I stayed at the company.
I just went to college, worked, and was busy fulfilling my daily duties as others did, so I never looked back at me, and I didn't know how to take care of my heart, so I lived without knowing how to resolve and manage conflicts in relationships with people and difficulties that arise at work. So while working for a long time, rather than growing and developing inwardly and outwardly, I think I just survived day by day by taking steps in place like a ratchet wheel.
At some point, I felt that I was regressing from taking steps in place. As I worked longer, I became less and less able to control my emotions, and as I fit myself into society, I think I even forgot what I really liked, what kind of things I liked, and what strengths I had. When I got to the point where I didn't know who I was, and I didn't know the other person's heart, I felt like I was in chaos.
I felt that my life was taking a strange turn regardless of my will. Therefore, two to three years before I left the company, I made various efforts to find myself. Reading books, attending seminars, and searching for who I am and what I can do. After I left the company, I tried various challenges, but I kept following my homework like a tag that I couldn't solve in the corner of my mind. Eventually, I made up my mind to look back on myself properly, and I was able to look back on my difficult time in earnest by reading books, meditating, getting counseling, and studying psychology.
I looked around and found that I wasn't the only one experiencing these kinds of mental difficulties while going to work. People were hurt at work, but they didn't have time to recover from it, and they continued to live day by day. If you continue to live with a broken heart, the hurt will only add up, and it may create another trouble with others. Also, since I was living with such an unorganized mind, everyday experiences were not a source of growth, and I was regressing or taking a step back in place.
I felt that I needed someone to take care of the hearts of office workers who are fighting hard every day at the forefront of their lives. Even office workers who seem healthy on the outside are living with one or two mental difficulties. Mental difficulties in work life never end with problems at work, but affect life as a whole. To prevent small wounds on the heart that you experience from becoming a mental illness, we will disinfect the wounds and apply ointment before they get sick.
I want to help guide you in the right direction in my class. Well then, let's meet in class 🙂
