I'm excited from the point where I think about what kind of color and design I'm going to make it with! Taking a picture of the finished cake or looking at the cute cake through a camera is a healing experience! Of course, the moment you're happy when you hand it over is one of the pleasures ♪
In this class, I will teach you how to make a delicious and cute design cake from Korea, from sponge making to design and lettering (letter writing) in an easy-to-understand manner.
I will tell you the tips and points I have gained from making every day in an easy-to-understand manner, and teach them to make cakes a fun and happy time!

I've been a big fan of cute Korean cafes and sweets for years. Cakes in particular have traveled to Korea in the past few yearsuponI began to see a lot of them every time I went there and on SNS.

Q. Why did you decide to offer online classes with CLASS101?
A. This is because I wanted many people all over Japan to know the cuteness of design cakes and the fun of making them online!
Q. What points did you put the most effort into when planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?
A. I think the most attractive thing about design cakes is the beauty of the color and the cleanness of the aperture, so I was particular about the color. I wanted to create a curriculum that would be enjoyed by many people without forgetting the delicious atmosphere as a cake.
Of course, if you like Korean design, you haven't seen many cakes with this kind of design, but I'd like to try making various things from now on! I also recommend it to those who want to try something new. If you search for cake images on Instagram (I recommend searching in a foreign language!) You'll get a lot of images, and it will be even more fun to create!
Q. What kind of experiences do you want your classmates to experience through this class?

A. I would be happy if we could share the fun of making one and only special cake in the world. I think the scene where people celebrate with a cake, present it, and decorate it on the table is a wonderful culture that we can continue to cherish even as the times change! Also, there are difficult parts, but I think the finished cake will be a very lovely work. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's cute cakes.
