[Authentic spice curry class] Why don't you enjoy professional flavors at home?

I want to try making spice curry... but I don't know which spices to buy.

I looked at the recipe and tried making it, but it didn't taste like I expected.

I highly recommend it to those people! This is because many of the people who have already taken the course had such problems, so they actually came to the curry class

“I see! Are you going to do that much!?”

“It's completely different from what I made at home!”

I'm surprised. No matter how much you learn spices, you won't arrive at a delicious curry if you don't discard the assumptions peculiar to Japanese people.

I will tell you carefully what is the most basic thing.

I will teach you the rules of delicious curry!

This class has a basic to intermediate curriculum.

Please think of spice curry as something completely different from general curry. The common sense of cooking that many Japanese people have is vengeful when it comes to making spice curry. Please feel free to learn from scratch. I myself was self-styled at first, and it didn't go very well, but from my many mistakes, I was able to grasp the law of delicious curry.

I will tell you all about it generously and carefully, so I think you won't have to waste time like I did. And you'll be totally addicted to the charms of spice curry!

As a characteristic of curry making taught in this curriculum, we try to make delicious curry that does not use chemical seasonings, flour, or white sugar, and is gentle on the body. I have been researching how to make the most of ingredients with particular attention to that point. You can make spice curry that is delicious enough without using anything extra.

This class is recommended for people like this!

☑ Those who want to try making their own spice curry

☑ Those who tried making it but don't taste the way you want

☑ Those who wanted to go to a curry class but couldn't go there easily

☑ Moms and dads who want to make safe and secure curry for their children

I can understand and be able to do this!

We make basic chicken curry, achar (spicy pickles), soft-boiled spiced eggs, lassi, etc.

In basic chicken curry, I will carefully tell you the most important thing in making spice curry (spices are after 2 and 3).

If you know the key points of delicious spice curry that you can't understand just by looking at the recipe, it's easy to make.

The taste of curry changes depending on how the ingredients are cut and the heat is adjusted.

Let's make spice curry that's a notch higher together!

Growling Fuji's curry

Growling Fuji's curry

Hello!

I'm Fujita who runs a creative spice curry shop in Takatsuki, Osaka.

It opened in April 2020, and we also started curry classes in November of the same year!

I originally worked as a teacher in elementary school, so I like teaching and communicating.

Currently, there are over 100 students attending curry classes at the restaurant, and those who are addicted to spice curry are taking intermediate and applied courses.

I would like to convey the appeal of spice curry and increase the number of people who can make their own delicious curry more and more.

[Creator Interview]

Q. What kind of activities does the teacher do? Please tell us a little bit about your teacher!

A. While running a curry shop, recently I've been focusing on curry classes. A total of over 100 people participated. Other than that, I do a variety of things, such as running a children's cafeteria, farming, and working as a cameraman. I was an elementary school teacher in front of a curry shop. I love kids and teaching!

Q. How did your teacher start making spice curry?

A. I like curry, I like cooking, and I wanted to try making curry from scratch without using roux, so when I looked it up on the internet, a recipe for spice curry came up, and I first tried making it at home.

Q. Why did you offer online classes with CLASS101?

A. Currently, I'm doing a curry class at the store, and I've been getting a lot of people saying, “It's hard to go to the store,” so I thought I'd do it online. I want to tell more people about the fun of making spice curry!

Q. What points did you put the most effort into when planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?

A. I set up a detailed curriculum so that it can be reproduced by any person, even at home, and tried to convey it carefully. I think people who have made spice curry and those who want to try it from now on will definitely be delighted!

Q. What kind of experience do you want the students to have through this class?

A. I want people to understand the points of making spice curry that they don't understand in recipe books or information on the internet, reproduce them themselves, and enjoy the fun of making spice curry! And I want them to act and tell many people, such as family and friends, about it!

Q. Please give a message to the students!

A. There is always a limit to being self-styled, and it will inevitably take time to arrive at the correct answer. Spice curry is made in a special way, especially for Japanese people, so I don't think 1 in 10 people can make it just by looking at the recipe. Let's learn together and become addicted to the spice swamp!
