[Authentic spice curry class] Why don't you enjoy professional flavors at home?

I want to try making spice curry... but I don't know which spices to buy.

I looked at the recipe and tried making it, but it didn't taste like I expected.

I highly recommend it to those people! This is because many of the people who have already taken the course had such problems, so they actually came to the curry class

“I see! Are you going to do that much!?”

“It's completely different from what I made at home!”

I'm surprised. No matter how much you learn spices, you won't arrive at a delicious curry if you don't discard the assumptions peculiar to Japanese people.

I will tell you carefully what is the most basic thing.

I will teach you the rules of delicious curry!

This class has a basic to intermediate curriculum.

Please think of spice curry as something completely different from general curry. The common sense of cooking that many Japanese people have is vengeful when it comes to making spice curry. Please feel free to learn from scratch. I myself was self-styled at first, and it didn't go very well, but from my many mistakes, I was able to grasp the law of delicious curry.

I will tell you all about it generously and carefully, so I think you won't have to waste time like I did. And you'll be totally addicted to the charms of spice curry!

As a characteristic of curry making taught in this curriculum, we try to make delicious curry that does not use chemical seasonings, flour, or white sugar, and is gentle on the body. I have been researching how to make the most of ingredients with particular attention to that point. You can make spice curry that is delicious enough without using anything extra.
