1. The three essential elements: Righteousness, Food, and Sentiment are never ruined.

No matter how much the field of online business has expanded, traditional offline businesses such as the restaurant business are bound to continue steadily in the future. Also, once a well-established store is established, it grows into a long-running company. Since there is a limit to the taste of food and delivery, food eaten directly at the store when it is warm is bound to continue to be popular. It's also the secret to being able to create a steady stream of regulars in one place over 10 years.

2. Bringing the feeling of a trip through stores and flavors!

In the post-COVID-19 era, only more competitive items can survive in the restaurant business. Among the many dining items, Japanese restaurants are particularly popular because the advanced Japanese food culture and sophisticated Japanese atmosphere are currently leading the restaurant industry trend, and the 2030th generation, which is leading the food culture and consumption, is interested and familiar with Japanese culture and Japanese travel. We'll do more of this in the future.

3. Izakaya is leading a new trend in food culture!

Izakaya is representative of this Japanese food culture. If you go to Gangnam or Hongdae, where you can find out about food culture trends, Japanese-style restaurants such as izakayas are the hottest, crowded, and Instagram-like Japanese izakaya is also a top online concernIt is.

What's more, something like this The popularity of eating out in Japan will continue steadily in the futureSince this is a common opinion among experts, it can be said that the popularity and competitiveness of Japanese restaurant items has been verified. In other words, it's not about easily gaining popularity and disappearing Megatrends that will continue to grow in the futureThat's it.

This is partly because the employment threshold has narrowed, but this is because they think that there will be no lifelong job in the age of 120, and they also consider a definite side job or a second life after retirement.

So now, the trend is to start a business at a younger age, where even if it fails, it can happen quickly. Of course, no matter when you start, you have to reduce your failure rate. A lot of people ask. How can a 20-square-meter store generate 100 million in sales. There's definitely a reason why brands are loved.
