We launched a brunch class at Class 101 around this time last year, and I'm so happy to have another great opportunity to meet all of you in a mini class!

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia, I met him in Class 101 while walking down the street as a chef and manager at Hilton Hotels, restaurants, and brunch cafes in Australia.


Since I was in high school, I had a dream of being a chef, and after studying in the US to learn English,
