The curriculum is full of notes, frequent phrases, transcription, etc. Let's enjoy writing lots of letters while being soothed by the transparent glass pen and the beautiful color of the ink!

Try a glass pen for the first time! Enjoy the unique sound and writing comfort

A glass pen is a type of dipping pen that is used by dipping the tip of the pen in ink. As the name suggests, everything from the handle to the tip of the pen is made of glass, and it features beautiful, sparkling visuals.

When I hear that everything is made of glass, they say, “It's too delicate and seems like it's going to break, and it seems difficult to handle.” It's easy to think that, but when you actually pick it up and use it, you can have a lot of fun drawing characters.

The crisp sound unique to glass pens and the color of the ink that sparkles on the tip of the pen. This is a recommended writing instrument that you can enjoy not only with the sense of your hands, but also with sight and hearing.

In order for people to enjoy the appeal of such glass pens to the fullest, this class starts by making ink color samples

It is also recommended that you imagine the scene you want to use while watching the beautiful color development and smudging of the ink, and write down how you feel when you see the color.

Also included are plenty of ways to write “collage lettering,” where characters are written so that you can enjoy collages by changing the size, font, and direction of the characters.

Enjoy the world of transparent glass pens and collage lettering.

Let's practice 2 different languages and master frequent phrases!

There are 2 languages incorporated into this lesson: English and Japanese.Use a glass pen to writeEven though the act is the same, the way to write and balance is slightly different depending on the language. If you keep track of each point, you'll end up with a high-level work that doesn't feel uncomfortable even if the two languages are mixed on a single sheet of paper.

In English, we practice frequently occurring phrases from cursive tracing. As the lesson progresses, the letters are made smaller, and at the end, they are written in long sentences.Once you wear this, you'll be able to make message cards to accompany your birthday and stylishly create dates when you write in your diary.

The chapter for learning Japanese includes how to write large letters with spacing and small letters tightly at narrow intervals.Starting with the hiragana syllabus, the characters are gradually made more detailed, and the transcription is performed to fill the paper tightly.

The model written by the lecturer will be converted into data and distributed so that even those who don't have confidence in their own handwriting can feel at ease. Please print it out and enjoy it while tracing!

The effects of the transcription are just too great! What is a relaxation method that every modern person must know

Work and study, housework and childcare. Have you ever wanted time to relax your mind in the midst of everyday life that goes by so fast?

I work hard every day, and every day that is too busy becomes commonplace before I know it, and when I notice it, my mind is always in a state of tension. Even though I know it's important to make time to consciously be carefree and rest my brain, I don't know how to do it...

There is, there is! I think there are many modern people who nod.

Actually, it is said that transcription has the effect of calming the mind. In other words,You can intentionally create time to relax with the effects of transcriptionThat is it.

In the first place, transcription means transcribing the contents of a book. Since you don't need to think about sentences and designs from scratch yourself, you can write and spell without worry.

For example, along with slow-tempo BGM. For example, while cooking aromas and filling the room with the scent. You can place a candle on the desk where the letters are spelled out, and it's great even if your favorite drink or snack is nearby.

Be sure to try making a special relaxing time with a glass pen!

A message from the creator

Hello! It's Yuki.

I usually post transcripts and diaries written with glass pens and fountain pens mainly on Instagram. I've loved stationery and writing since I was a kid, and I just wrote, wrote, and wrote a lot. Until a few years ago, there weren't people around me with the same hobbies, so I enjoyed it quietly by myself, but after I started posting what I wrote on SNS, the number of handwriting and stationery friends increased, and my handwriting life became more enjoyable.

We created the classes with the intention of creating a curriculum that both those who originally had glass pens and those who are new to it. I think it would be nice if the comment section with a feedback function that students can see would become a community space for people who like to write.

Let's all enjoy writing together.

[Creator Interview]

Q. What kind of activities do teachers usually do? Please introduce yourself briefly!

I mainly post transcripts and diaries written with glass pens and fountain pens on Instagram. I've loved writing as stationery since I was a kid, and I've been writing and writing earnestly. Until a few years ago, there were no people around me with the same hobbies, so I enjoyed it quietly by myself, but since I began to send out what I wrote on SNS, my handwriting and stationery friends increased, and my handwriting life became more enjoyable.

Q. Please tell us about your experience and achievements so far! Please tell me about exhibitions, awards, etc.

I am a self-taught student who does both glass pens and transcription as a hobby.

Q. How did your teacher get started with glass pens?

I originally liked fountain pens and mainly used fountain pens. I had an image that glass pens were bad for writing, but a few years ago, my friend told me that recent works by glass pen artists are comfortable to write on, and when I tried using them again, I was able to write very smoothly, so I fell in love with glass pens all at once.

Q. Why did you offer online classes with CLASS101?

Internet Benkei has agaricosis, so I'm aware that it's not suitable for face-to-face lessons, and I thought it would be nice if it was a CLASS101 distribution type lesson, I could redo the shooting over and over again by myself, and I could communicate with all the participants in the comments section.

Q. What points did you put the most effort into when planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?

In order to relieve the anxiety of those who are thinking of using a glass pen for the first time, I would like to make use of the problems I had during trial and error at the beginning of use in this class so that the anxiety of those who are thinking of using a glass pen for the first time can be resolved. I would like people who have never used glass pens to take this course. Also, for those who have never learned cursive, learned it but have forgotten it, it will be my own cursive, but it incorporates tips for writing comfortably, etc., so I would be happy if you could take the course.

Q. What kind of experience do you want the students to have through this class?

I want you to enjoy the fun of writing, the comfort of concentrating, and the sense of accomplishment after you finish writing.

Q. Please give a message to the students!

We have created a curriculum that both those who originally own glass pens and those who are new to it can enjoy together. I think it would be nice if the comment section became a community space for people who like to write. Let's all enjoy writing together.
