Until now, this class has been “I feel like something is unsatisfactory, but I don't know what's missing!” This course is aimed at intermediate digital illustration students who have this problem. I will tell you “tips for drawing easily” by making more use of the “way of thinking” and tools necessary to draw attractive pictures.
Line drawings and color schemes that seem difficult can be quickly made convincing by using the tools in CLIP STUDIO.
I'm also a person who loves making things easy, so I've been researching ways to draw attractive pictures easily for a long time.
I have been in digital illustration for about 10 years. I will tell you a tight summary of the know-how to draw illustrations I have cultivated over many years!

In this class, I thought about a curriculum that not only fosters techniques to save time, but also cultivates thinking and drawing skills for pictures, and allows them to step up from their current level.
[Thinking ability]
As a “life-size maiden illustrator,” I work by expressing the delicate “feelings” of maidens living today with illustrations. I draw with the picture in mind how much it can be developed with just the picture so that “what are the characters thinking and what are they doing” can be conveyed with just that picture.
By learning professional thinking skills, your paintings will become much more attractive.

My drawings are not only about people, but I also design backgrounds and accessories, powerful lines with an analog feel, and master colors to create pictures that look attractive.

life size maiden illustrator
Full-scale activities will begin in spring 2021, mainly exhibiting as an illustrator/artist.
● What I'm good at
It features gorgeous colors tightly packed with the feelings of a life-size girl.
The words that are attached are a little bit of a hint of her living in the present day.
I like drawing girls that seem poisonous or shady somewhere while packing in my favorite motifs.
●Main activity history/work history
It was around the winter of 2020 that activities began under the name of perpetual mourning clothes.
Starting with an ATM by Side exhibition at Fukuoka Parco, his works will be exhibited in Nagoya, Tokyo, Fukuoka, etc. All of the art works presented at each exhibition are sold out. I am in charge of jacket artwork and in-MV illustrations for the KAMITSUBAKI project's virtual V singer, Rime's singing video, the solo project of former Tokyo Karan Colon Ichiro, and 3 consecutive months of music distribution.
It was nominated for the grand prize at the online art exhibition Appearance Gallery held around January 2022. Also, the making was published in the quarterly S-73 issue.

Q. What kind of activities do you usually do?
A. I usually work as a designer at a company, and I work as an artist and illustrator beside me. I mainly present my work on Instagram, Twitter, etc., but I also do exhibition activities.
Q. How did you start drawing illustrations?
A. I've been drawing pictures and doing activities since I was young, but it was around the fall of 2021 that I landed on my current life-size otome illustration. I had a chance to speak directly with illustrator NAKAKIPANTZ because of my relationship, and I was asked what I wanted to express the most and what I liked. Until then, I was absurd and didn't understand myself properly, but my encounter with NAKAKIPANTZ led me to who I am now.
Q. Why did you offer online classes with CLASS101?
A. On a daily basis, there have been many voices from fans on Instagram saying, “How can I draw line drawings in an attractive way, and how can I create cute color schemes.” Also, I thought that by passing on techniques to everyone attending the course, I myself would be able to organize my skills and thinking ability. I decided to start the course because I thought both would have a win-win relationship.
Q. What points did you put the most effort into when planning the class?
A. It's the ability to think as a creator. Honestly, the technical part is limited. There is a lot of information about “how to draw” on the internet and books, but I feel that there are many things that don't touch on ways of thinking. Isn't the point of professional painting, in addition to drawing power, how much development is likely to be possible with that painting alone? and I'm thinking about it. The fact that I put it there because it's somehow cute is still something that can be conveyed to the viewer. Therefore, in this class, I thought it would be nice if I could teach everyone the ability to think about painting as a professional, in addition to techniques to save time.
Q. What kind of experience do you want the students to have through this class?
A. It's fun to express the ideal world you envision. I incorporate into my paintings everything I admire, what I want, and the image I want to be. And after all, I'm happiest when the ideal shape I drew in my brain is embodied and it becomes a single picture. I hope everyone feels the joy of that moment too.
Q. Please give a word to the students!
A. I wonder if it's a little difficult for me to read this far? Maybe there are people who thought that. But don't be so afraid! The most important thing about drawing is having fun. Then, face yourself. You must first understand what you draw and what you want to convey. If those two are solid, people will look very attractive even if their drawing power doesn't keep up. On top of that, I want everyone to enjoy taking the courses in this class. Therefore, I would like to teach everyone techniques that are easy and fun to draw. If there's anything you don't understand, please ask! I would like to face everyone who takes the course for 12 minutes!
