Patissier, Master of 10 Years of Know-How

The second installment of the best-selling series “Good-selling cookies”

Hello, I'm Kim Jung-hee, CEO of 'MONGJUA BAKING LAB'. I've been teaching baking offline for 10 years. <SELLING HOMEMADE COOKIES> is the second online class of Class 101 after <Scones that sell well >.

This class was prepared for these people!

  • Those who were unable to prepare a dessert before starting a cafe
  • Those who don't like the dessert they receive
  • Those who think that selling coffee alone is not enough to make a profit

As a start-up item for prospective cafe owners

It's perfect as an extra menu for cafe owners!

I recommend cookies as a start-up item for prospective cafe owners and as an additional menu item for cafe owners. Why is that? Cookies are easy to learn and can easily increase sales. This is because men and women of all ages love it, and it sells well regardless of the season or season, so it's an easy menu to increase sales along with coffee.

13 cookie recipes made with 5 main ingredients

The products you will make in class can be broadly divided into 5 categories. There are American-style cookies and s'mores cookies, which are the most basic, cream cheese cookies and Levain cookies, which have recently become popular, and we will also learn about special cookies that can be eaten as a substitute for meals.

How to make a variety of cookies from one dough

Let's make maximum efficiency with just one type of dough. Oreo cookies, Oreo s'more cookies, and caramelized lotus smores cookies all in one Oreo dough! I'll show you how you can make different types of cookies using a single dough.

A plating method that calls for SNS certified shots!

Nowadays, when social media promotion is indispensable, I'll teach you how to plate social media certified shots. The special cookies, granola cookies and truffle olive cookies, have a different feel depending on what kind of menu and how they are plated.

Making our cafe signature recipe (feat. Special cookies)

What if there was a special cookie that can only be eaten at our store? You'll be able to increase sales with a definite difference. Cookies come in a variety of flavors and shapes depending on what ingredients and how they are used. Once you learn and know how to do that, you'll be able to make cookies with your own recipe.

Practical start-up know-how transfer for prospective bosses!

Rather than a complicated theory, I'll give you some practical tips for starting a business that you can learn today and apply tomorrow!

  • Cookie dough mass production method
  • How long cookies are sold and stored
  • Learn how to pack stores and gifts
  • Calculating Costs for Sales & Determining Appropriate Sales Prices
  • Startup Q & A

Take this class to become a homemade cookie master!

The “Patissier Mont” class is a master class where you learn the beginning and end of a product

Of course, it's also great to learn about various desserts at once! However, wouldn't it be more important to learn a product in depth, learn how to do it, gain expertise, and have the skills to make it with your own recipe?

This time, please <master the cookie process with our best-selling homemade cookies> and make your own cookies to represent your store! I'll see you in the lecture.

Hello, I'm Mont, a patissier from Le Cordon Bleu. I'm currently teaching desserts for starting a cafe offline.

In Class 101, we are giving an online lecture on < selling scones> with 10 years of know-how. Following on from the scone, I would like to meet you at the cafe cookie class of <Starting a Cafe with Cookies>.

Even in cafes that don't sell sweets, there are always cookies next to the store counter. Cookies are a product that you can easily buy and eat at a cafe, so cookies are also a dessert that you can easily prepare when you start a cafe. However, there is a feeling that the cookies you make for home baking are a bit lacking, right? So I prepared a cookie class for starting a cafe. Also, cookie making is a basic technology for baking, and it will be a very helpful lesson for those who are learning baking for the first time. I'm already meeting you in class 101 as a scone class, so I'm really looking forward to this cookie class.

The biggest advantage of online classes is that a detailed explanation is included in every lesson, but since the target audience is not accurately determined, it seems that they will explain in more detail. They explain in detail so that anyone, from beginners who are new to baking, can follow along, and feedback about the class continues during and after the course, so you don't have to worry about the points you thought would be inconvenient because of the online course..

The comments from people who listened to the scone lecture and received a good response from the store helped me a lot. I will do my best to prepare this cookie class so that it can be helpful and praised by everyone. I'll see you in the lecture, thank you:)
