Class Summary
In this class, we will go through the fundamentals of color and composition, as well as principles of design in order to create evocative illustrations and universes. Through multiple examples, we’ll analyze what makes an environment stand up as a character of its own, and how to think creatively about worldbuilding. Finally, we’ll use two different creative approaches to create a full illustration from start to finish.

This class is for anyone from beginner to intermediate, who is curious to expand their knowledge on environments and backgrounds, even if they are not good at it, to begin with. If you struggle with those topics, this class will give you guidelines and tools to approach them in ways you had not before.
