Learning from an incumbent game designer in the 10th year

2D game design

Hello, I'm a resource artisan! I'm a 10th year designer working on design in the game industry, starting with the transition period from feature phones to smartphones.

I'm a developer who creates overall in-game resources, from 2D characters to backgrounds, and I'm a painting traveler who is always thinking about better pictures.

Today, the game development environment is easier than before, and indie game development is also actively underway, so it's worth trying even for beginners. However, while there are many classes related to original art, it's hard to find anything about 2D game design anywhere. To those who are curious about this field, I am holding a class to convey the information I have accumulated so far in an easy and detailed manner.

From backgrounds to characters and animation applications

A big release of tips that incorporate the experience of an incumbent

I need to clearly grasp the concept of what kind of game I'm making, so I can make the background and characters attractive. I'll show you step by step, from how to efficiently create backgrounds that many people find difficult, to how to design and embody characters such as characters and monsters.

More than just a simple production method

Understanding the flow of a development site

📌 When developing a 2D game, what is the design process?

📌 What tools do you use to create resources?

📌 How do you apply the created resources to the actual game?

You shouldn't just know how to create resources and not be able to apply them to games. We will solve all your vague questions about what kind of flow and how to apply it in the game. The content is useful for those who are dreaming of indie development or personal development.

The parts I felt while working on the design for a long time

I wanted to resolve it convincingly through personal examples and research.

Detailed curriculum structure for beginners

I recommend this class for beginners and intermediate students.

This is not an advanced course that brings out the beautiful colors of the original picture or has a technical touch. though It contains content that is essential for those who dream of game design, and that cannot be easily learned around them. In the second half of the class, I will introduce learning methods, training methods, and recommended books. I am sure that no matter who sees this part, there will be something that will remain in your mind.
