Hello! This is Yohko from Y&C Sweets. We usually sell custom-made cakes at physical stores.

I work every day making icing cookies and cakes, but I love Korean cafes, sweets, illustrations, etc., and I started making a cake that makes use of that Korean-style design. Now I'm totally obsessed with making design cakes!

CLASS 101 opened the “Design Cake Class from Korea” in December 2021, and thanks to you, many people took the course. This time it's a step-up class where you make 2 types of cakes that are even cuter and newly designed.

It's not just about showing off! A design cake where you can enjoy the deliciousness of whipped cream that melts in your mouth.

Similar to the first class, we will make a cake using an original recipe for fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth whipped cream that is familiar to Japanese people. The first half of the class also includes basic sponge making and cream making content, so even those who haven't taken the first class can take the class with peace of mind.

Furthermore, new techniques and ways to squeeze cream are also included, so you can expand your own repertoire of cake designs! Let's make delicious and cute design cakes together using ingredients you can get in familiar places.
