Class introduction

CS training isn't an option, it's a requirement. Maybe, “We're not a service business, we don't need CS education!” Did you think that? Every company grows, stagnates, or falls due to users. Even if we don't necessarily face each other, we're constantly communicating with customers with small text on the screen and voice over the handset.

This class is a condensed version of the corporate CS education I taught while working as a CS instructor in my 8th year as a CS instructor into one class. You can learn communication tips, tips for communicating with partners, customers, learners, colleagues, bosses, etc., explanations about products, and how to manage stress received during work, and created a quality that can replace in-house CS training. If you feel the need for CS training, but the cost is too high, join Dahye Yoon's class now.

What makes this class special

CS training for large companies, all in one class.

Hello, I'm Dahye Yoon, an 8th year CS instructor. Since 2014, I have worked as an in-house CS instructor in various places, from small to medium businesses to large companies. From 1:1 CS coaching to more than 300 employees, I personally felt the changing CS times, and while researching the CS most needed by the company, I found a common, basic CS scope within it.

However, because CS is becoming more important, it is not easy for every company to have a dedicated instructor in-house. That's why I opened this class. If you are limited by hiring a dedicated in-house instructor or inviting an external instructor due to various reasons, take this class. Learn the basic and essential training content that large companies always do. It is a more structured curriculum, covering only the most essential topics. I'll help you create basic CS skills at the same level as leading companies in Korea.
