Class introduction
This is a short introductory class on movement medication. The class will provide you with a program from the integrated point of view of the body and the mind, and you will be able to learn the importance of its connection. In particular, 'Introduction to Movement Meditation' is a program that adds daily movements to basic meditation that starts with breathing and recognizing one's body. It is a class helpful for both men and women as you will not only be able to recognize the unconscious patterns of your body and mind, but also easily relax the tension with props.

I majored in Physiotherapy and worked as a physical therapist for the cranial nerve for about 6 years. In order to study about the body and the mind in a preventive manner, I also worked as an instructor at a Pilates Association. During my time there, I conducted rehabilitation program for not only just ordinary people but also for athletes and models. I also featured on MBN program, The Lord of the Thumb, as an exercise therapist. Afterwards, I learned restorative yoga, meditation, motion healing, somatics, alternative therapy, consulting, etc. and invented an integrated program for the body & mind. Since 2017, I have been working as a 'healing curator', planning and collaborating with diverse corporations, lecturing, and holding conferences on healing. Through my classes, I would like to share all of my skills with you so that your body and mind may be at ease.

Review (1) : I think that I used to have the compulsion that I 'need to' relax when I felt tension in my body. However, she mentioned that making an effort to relax will only stiffen my body. Once I tried to accecpt the tension as it is, I could feel my body gradually starting to relax as the time passed. That was when I realized that I had been rushing to change my body rapidly without giving it enough time, convincing myself that I was doing it for my body. Through this class, I was able to contemplate on my mindset.
Review (2) : It was a very meaningful class as I was able to learn about my breathing patterns and that I could occasionally feel unstable or stressed if my breathing were to be quick and shallow. I think that I will be able to feel much more calm and secure in the future if I relax all parts of my body and breathe in a slow, deep manner.

Hello, I am healing curator Seo-In Jang.
I plan and produce contents from an integrated perspective of the body and mind. In the beginning, I started walking this path as I wanted a healthy body and mind. Even though it has already been 15 years since I have worked as a guide for the body and mind, I am still interested in the world people live in. I plan to continue experiencing a life that constantly changes.
I chose the nickname 'healing curator Seo-In' as I wanted to curate the diverse healing contents that I experienced to many others out there. I was also lost and unsure of what I had to do when I first wanted to heal my body and mind. I want to further share my experiences through my 'movement meditation' class in the future.
