Class introduction
My child gets distracted by “rolling forward” and “rolling back” when eating
And mom and dad chasing after him
Are you sighing because it looks like the table in my house?
Unbalanced eating is a natural symptom of a child's development. Rather than refusing food simply because they don't want to eat it, they refuse food because they are afraid of new foods. Most of these reactions disappear naturally as children grow older, but parents who want to pass on good eating habits from an early age may have a lot of trouble.
So that children can get along with food!
Mom's character bento made with the tools you have at home
If you make cute characters with ingredients that your child doesn't particularly like, their affinity for food will naturally increase. I'll show you how to make and plate a lunch box using tools you can easily find anywhere.

Hallo
I'm Kim Kyung Hee, an ordinary mom raising an 11-year-old daughter.
I was able to share on social media the character bento and children's diet, which I started because my daughter doesn't eat anything other than a set number of foods, and more people liked and sympathized with my content than I expected.
Thankfully, many people have followed my food plating, and I'm trying to make a special and diverse bento using tools and common ingredients that are easy to find in everyday life so that more people can easily follow along.
I hope it will be of great help to parents who don't know the heart of mom and dad who worked hard to eat and were upset because their child refused to eat for no reason.
