About the class

Just because you say vegan baking doesn't mean it's good for you!

Vegan baking is bound to contain a lot of cooking oil and sugar to get the flavor. When I bake without butter, milk, or eggs, I use more sugar to keep it moist, and I use too much flavourless cooking oil to replace butter.

There are many people who think that all vegan foods are healthy, but those with hyperlipidemia, diabetes, or who are managing their diet for dieting should refrain from eating them.

If you're a baker, you know how important the roles of sugar and butter are. I have been researching recipes for a long time to eat delicious desserts in a healthy way. How can I be vegan and sugar-free? Above all, what should I do to make it delicious? I'll give you the answer to the class.

Designer dessert, who developed the first sugar-free jam in Korea, will reveal a sugar-free vegan baking recipe that can't be found anywhere else! Edit Image Info
