Lim Da-yeon, the youngest professor in swimming
I have taught various people how to swim while working as an athlete and professor. I planned the class by thinking about how I could easily share my swimming concerns and questions at each stage.
Swimming is a sport that is difficult to apply right away just because you learn know-how. If they could apply it perfectly after watching the video once, swimmers wouldn't need to do intense training. However, if you put in the time and effort, there will come a moment when results are achieved for everyone. I've included all the know-how needed for swimming, so if you watch the video over and over and over and practice, you'll definitely be able to complete your own swimming.

Interviews
Q. What led you to create a swimming class?
It's no exaggeration for me to say that swimming is everything in life. I learned about life and experienced joy through swimming. There is a lot of special value in swimming. I wanted to share these values with many people, such as sweat, hard work, honest records, fun, sense of accomplishment, spirit of challenge, and health promotion, and I planned the class with the hope that those watching the video would be even a little happier through swimming.
Q. What changes will I experience when I take a swimming class?
There will be many changes, including attitudes towards swimming, swimming posture, and improvements in swimming techniques and records.
Q. For Professor Lim Da-yeon, what does “swimming” mean?
It's a springboard for my life. This is because, although I have been working as a swimmer for 25 years, I have experienced not only athletes but also coaches, coaches, coaches, coaches, models, and columnists through swimming.
Q. If you have any aphorisms or quotes that you always keep in your mind, please let me know!
“There are the worst, but there are also the best. That's life.”
It's a quote that I've been using as my phone wallpaper since I was in the first year of middle school, and I always engrave in my heart.
Q. Lastly, what would you like to say to your classmates?
We hope you will immerse yourself in the charm of swimming through this class and enjoy it to the fullest!
