About the class

Hallo It's called Unheaven, which operates a lodging business using new buildings and old buildings on Jeju Island. It's not difficult to find accommodations using guok through social media these days. More and more people want to run a lodging business by decorating vacant houses and old houses in rural areas as if they were new.

Housing in a guesthouse costs relatively little capital compared to newly built housing. And above all, the retro and classic sensibility is no longer a trend, but has become a taste. On my YouTube channel, there were many people asking about the differences between running a new building and a gu-ok lodging business, and how to operate a gu-ok lodging business. That's why we've prepared this class to quench your thirst.

This class doesn't stop at simple methodological content. Here's everything you need to know to become a “place people come to.” The key is how to catch trends that eventually make money and apply them to your own accommodation! And in order to survive in the hospitality market, we must no longer rely solely on platforms. We'll even share the know-how to build a system that customers can visit directly.

Let's start preparing to start a hospitality business using Guok with me right now!

2 reasons why this class is special

❶ Even though I couldn't do the interior, I did it

Interior know-how for a hotel with a 0% vacancy rate

It's no exaggeration to say that the core of starting a hostel is interior design. However, I didn't know much about the interior, and I wasn't good at it. I've also been asked questions about interior know-how, and I've heard everything from questions about whether I'm a design major to stories about being an interior genius.

How could I hear these words from customers who didn't even know the “person in” of the interior?

The answer lies in “customer data.” This class shares how to optimize accommodations using customer data. More details will be provided in class.

Know-how to start and operate a successful hostel

I'm sure you've come across a lot of regular Airbnb and lodging startup classes. However, it may have been difficult to find a class that deals with the characteristics and precautions that only Guok has. To quench your thirst, I've captured the key points you must know and get started.

I own both a guesthouse and a new dormitory. It's a course created based on my know-how and trial and error that I've built up in the field over the years, so I hope you get tips and get started through this class.
