Creator
I'm Kim Seom-joo, a hiking evangelist.
It's been over 5 years since I went from being an office worker to a freelance hiking evangelist in my 11th year. My life and career changed when I met a sport called mountaineering, just like many people did. However, there were no seniors on my path, so I had no choice but to spend a long time learning and preparing. There is a belief that even if it is a little slow, the path will be solid as you build up one by one. With that belief, I'm continuing to move forward today.
Hike for life: I want to let people know that there are ways to climb that are beneficial to life rather than just encouraging mountaineering itself. It's about how to bring mountaineering closer to life and lead a much more energetic and better everyday life.
Mountaintherapy: From 2014/11/30 until now, I've been hiking almost once a week, and I haven't done anything. Mountain climbing can be a perfect stress-reliever, and it's the best way to improve one's self-esteem and independence.
Also, the presence of a natural space shines when it is a space for relaxation and stress relief rather than a play area for eating and drinking. However, there is no place that requires as much preparation and adaptation as natural spaces.
This hiking guide will help you hike more easily and stay safe in nature. Above all, it includes technical manuals dealing with equipment, etc., as well as various rules relating to the environment and attitudes. The reason for this is that the object of learning is nature, not human thoughts or specific actions.
I'll be with you so that you can enjoy hiking properly!
