Q. What led you to start meditating?
I majored in art and was very interested in expressing myself. Then, “Who am I? What kind of life should I live? ' I have more time to think seriously. I've been running the 'Sound Bath Seoul' meditation class for 5 years now. I want to share the peace and joy I felt with more people.

I think my country is a place where everything is moving fast. There are so many things we miss in the pace of life. I wanted to tell you how to relax even in a busy day.
