About the class

Tibetan singing ball that calms the mind and has the power to heal and restore

The sound and vibration of a Tibetan singing ball resonates with our body and mind and has the effect of restoring lost balance, so we use it as a tool for meditation. However, if you don't accurately understand its healing power and only use it as a tool that makes a relaxing sound, you won't be able to experience true healing. Through the class, I will teach you step by step the healing principles and uses of the Tibetan Singing Ball, which I have learned in Nepal and studied for a long time.

Meditation, breathing, and purification will open up a new world of meditation for you.

The Tibetan singing ball has rich tonal characteristics that create the texture of high-frequency sounds, also known as overtones, through sound and sound vibrations. The vibrational frequency of deep, strong sound is rapidly transmitted to the cellular tissues of the human body. Vibrations induce a variety of things. It is a wave that evokes feelings of calm and peace and is known to stimulate blood vessels on a medical level. It can open blockages in nerves, lymph, muscles, and veins, and relaxes a tense body without skin contact. Also, on the other hand, high frequencies that last for a long time relieve stress and open the mind. - ⌜Kim Hyun-joo (2019). A study on the natural healing meaning of Tibetan Singing Ball Therapy.
