About the class
Like flowing water, like blowing wind
Learn martial arts and taek dogs with gestures unique to Korea.
Taekung has comfortable and natural gestures that can be easily learned by anyone, young or old.
It is the only martial art with cultural value that has been designated as an intangible cultural property (1983) among many hand-to-hand martial arts in Korea, and was the first martial art to be listed as a “World Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity” by UNESCO (2011). With a love for our culture, we prepared Dr. Dogi Hyun's taxi driver course as a class.
I'll teach you step by step, from gait and hand movements, which are the most basic steps of a dog dog, to upper and lower body techniques and coordination. You can learn a regular taxi driver course, and if you train through classes, you can take a taxi driver screening recognized by the Kyungryeon Dog Association.
