Please take a look before starting a shared office

“I'm not going to give a hearty lecture about unconditional success; I'm going to talk about a vivid practical experience.”

Hello? I'm Kim Min-su, CEO of Shared Office in my 6th year. I run a space business called 'Beyond Space' and currently operate around 10 branches of shared office and shared warehouse services in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions.

“Shared office” has been frequently mentioned recently due to telecommuting, but it's still an unfamiliar field for people.

It is one of the few fields where people can be considered “experts” in Korea.

I started a shared office in a small town in Jungnang-gu, and now I'm running a business with many team members.

Although it's small, they also run a blog and YouTube, and if you search “shared office” on YouTube, you'll find our videos at the top.

As such, we are earnestly working on the shared office business, and we also conducted startup consultations by chance, and conducted more than 100 consultations this year (more than 10 places where we actually started a business).

Through this course, not only for those who actually want to start a shared office, but also for those who have always been interested, “What is a shared office?” , “What would it be like to actually start a shared office?” , 'How much does it cost? ' I would like to answer questions such as

It may not be easy to condense all of our trial and error experiences over 6 years into 24 lessons, but I hope that our courses will reduce the waste of money and time that people will experience while starting a business.

Instead of saying that everyone can succeed, I'm going to tell you vivid stories of what I've experienced with my own body.

Course effect

2. By showing the actual construction and operation process of a 46-square-meter shared office, we share on-site know-how by reflecting reality as much as possible.

3. I'll talk about the principles of the space business, so it can be fully applied to other leasing businesses.

4. It is possible to develop a self-development business rather than a simple space leasing business.

Recommended target

1. Those who are interested in a side job

2. Those who are looking for a stable cash flow outside of work

3. Those who want to learn about the space rental business

4. The person who owns my shopping district

What makes this class special

1. Instead of just teaching theory, you can conduct realistic studies by showing actual shared office construction sites and operating conditions.

2. When you're ready to start a shared office, you can prepare for the issues you need to face and resolve in advance. This can prevent double spending and save start-up costs.

Beyond Space Minsu Kim

Kim Min-su, CEO of Beyond Space Co., Ltd., is planning and operating content to solve empty spaces in buildings such as shared offices, shared warehouses, study cafes, and building management businesses.

I stumbled upon a small shared office in Japan in 2011 and thought, “If I had a space of my own, I'd like to make it a shared office.” Also, in 2017, there was a boom in shared offices in Korea, and I started this project by proposing a shared office to a building owner who is an acquaintance of the Cycle Club as a business item that could solve a 50-square-meter vacancy.

I believe in the saying, “People do what they think.” When I was a kid, my dream was to become a cyclist and car designer, but surprisingly, I majored in design at university and won an amateur cycling competition. In other words, if I have a thought, I will live in a direction similar to that thought.

The shared office business also came true with the image I had vaguely dreamed of in the past. If you also have a dream you want, imagine that picture clearly in your head, write it down, and think specifically about it. Then one day, that wish will come true. If your dream is related to the space business, I'll show you a shortcut to make it a little easier to achieve that dream.
