I also went through the same process as you for years, and learned how the body functions and what kind of coordination works properly. Stretching separately and strength training separately are too bothersome, aren't they? However, when it comes to something more important, you can't leave out one thing: stretching and strength training. Don't let you notice in the program I naturally combined stretching and strength training. Of course, I also separated them when I needed to put special emphasis on them.

This is a program for beginners in exercise, but it is a class that lays a foundation that is essential even for experienced people. Hello! I'm Lee Kyung-ran, an 11th year fitness trainer working as a 'healthy sister trainer'! :)


It was a series of ups and turns until fitness, which started as a hobby, became a job. They traveled to public enterprises, large companies, and general centers to train hundreds of people, and also worked out with 9,000 people online. Not only that, I tried to keep up with trends every season, and even completed my master's degree with a major in training methodology.


As I gained such experience and knowledge, I discovered one thing. Regardless of the sport, the basics of every sport are important. Fundamentals may have technical aspects, but above all, muscle freely and in balance! organically! It is the most effective and safe when moving.

Q. What led you to create the class?

While the home training market grew suddenly and rapidly due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I saw a big loss of balance due to members' inaccurate strength training. Unlike working hard to find body care and health at home, it was a pity that the balance of the body was broken due to wrong movements. Also, I created a class thinking that if I had to exercise without anyone's help due to various circumstances, I thought about building a body to exercise alone.


Q. Do you have a story you would like to tell the students?

Everyone! “The body never lies” will surely show results as much as you did. However, no matter how good an exercise program is, if you follow it randomly without knowing your own body, it will be less effective, right? I would be very happy if I could properly align my body so that I could maximize the effects of any movement I do.
