About the class

Hello, photographer Ming Su. When I go on trips and walk around my daily life, I often take pictures because it's too bad to see with my own eyes. However, for some reason, the photos are not as good as seeing it with my own eyes and the overwhelming emotion I felt. As I traveled to various countries, I thought about how I could capture what I saw and felt with my own eyes. Capturing mood and emotion in a photo can be difficult at first.

But if you start slowly and little by little, you'll be able to create things that express yourself. In this class, we'll learn about Lightroom, which is the basis of photo retouching, and teach you how to adjust it according to the mood of each country's cities.

What makes this class special

How to embody what I see and feel in my photographs

When we take pictures, we usually take pictures because we want to show others what we've seen, and we want to record it more clearly. So the reason I think “I want to go” when I look at Instagram travel sensibility photos is because the person who took those photos embodies the emotion they felt at that time in retouching. This class is for those who find it difficult to create pictures as they see and feel.

Try taking pictures of what you see first. Observing your surroundings and deciding on a subject is the beginning of photography. In this class, you'll learn about the basics of Lightroom, as well as correction methods to capture the characteristics of a place and atmosphere and express them in photographs. After taking the class, you'll be able to create your own correction method instead of imitating others.

Paris, France, was a dream destination for me.

Having majored in art, I think my last wish was to photograph the Eiffel Tower in Paris. I saved money, bought a good camera, took pictures of everything I saw and felt in Paris, and came back. The photos I took when I came back to Korea were expressed in photographs that fully expressed the feelings and moods I felt, and it seems that I can still live with memories of those times with the photos from that time.

I started this course because I wanted others to create this kind of experience based on this experience. Travel is very special in our lives. I always miss and yearn for it. Wouldn't you like to record the emotions and moods you saw and felt during your trip? Photos can do that. I'll show you the process of creating your own gaze and color.
