2 reasons why this class is special

❶ Creative cuisine inspired from all over the world and local Koreans

I learned cooking knowledge from various cultures that I experienced while traveling and living all over the world, and learned how to make the most of the characteristics of vegetables through close relationships with Korean farmers. In this class, we'll cover materials that symbolize fall and winter. Vegetables from the ground we step on are the best ingredients for our bodies.

❷ How to look at it from a slightly different perspective

The goal that my class wants to take is not something that requires a big effort to put something into practice; it's a way to look at what we already have from a slightly different perspective. This is the kind of eating habit where you can notice changes in your body by eating the most common seasonal vegetables around us in various ways.

Instead of randomly lowering salinity, we included a lifestyle where you can practice healthy eating habits by adjusting the seasoning in a healthy way and adding sensitive plating.

About the class

① What are the concerns of the students taking the creator's class?

I think many people have eating habits that are bad for their bodies and the environment in modern society where simple food delivery and quick meal filling are prevalent. Even if I try to cook, the recipes on the internet require too many ingredients, and if I think about refining the ingredients and cleaning up after work, I will eat or eat out for food delivery today as well. There is also an unknown sense of guilt, such as plastic waste from food delivery, turbulent fullness, and the thick mouth left behind by pungent flavors. I think there are many people who are wondering if there are better eating habits for themselves or for the environment. Vegetable-based dishes can focus on the taste, color, and nutrients of the ingredients.

You can make your own plate with seasonal vegetables you can find nearby, and find out how eating well affects you and the planet.

Class differentiation

① What is special about the creator's class? Please answer any of the questions below. Feel free to ask anything other than your questions. (at least 2)

  1. What's unique about creators? (Credibility, proven teaching ability, successful experience) - I learned cooking knowledge from various cultures acquired while traveling and living around the world, and learned how to make the most of the characteristics of vegetables through close relationships with Korean farmers. The traditional food of the land where I grew up and lived contains the wisdom of my ancestors to keep the body healthy and balanced. It contains an overall lifestyle where you can practice healthy eating habits and improve your mood by adjusting seasoning and adding trendy plating methods other than randomly lowering salt levels and reducing liver size.
  2. Is there anything special about the creator's curriculum? (Creativity, scarcity, organicity, etc.) - My curriculum covers two ingredients that symbolize each season and ingredients that are in danger of extinction due to the climate crisis. Vegetables from the ground we step on are the ingredients that best suit our bodies. The goal of this curriculum is not something that requires a great effort to put something into practice; it's a way to look at what we already have from a slightly different perspective. This is the kind of eating habit where you can notice changes in your body by eating the most common seasonal vegetables around us in various ways.
  3. Are there any course reviews after taking the creator's online or offline courses?
  4. Are there any student benefits offered free of charge in the creator's class?

② Have you ever created a class in Class101? If so, what are the differences compared to the previous class? (omit if not)

Dasha

Dasha

I'm Dasha, a seasonal plant recipe creator who lives in Jeju and unravels the mind for the environment and non-human animals through cooking. I also learned about the importance and value of cooking using seasonal vegetables through the influence of my grandmother, who sticks to traditional cooking methods and family members who follow the path of a niguni monk. After experiencing these eating habits, I started the class because I wanted to share my body, mind, and quality of life that had changed so much with everyone.
