Hello, it's the truth of living well. I'm thinking about the truth about living well. I once fell into a rough slump when I became a real member of society. “What on earth have I lived for until now?” , “Isn't this what I thought I would look like as an adult?” , 'What do I want to do? ' I couldn't think of getting away from meaningless self-help and negative thoughts for 2 years. I couldn't help but start thinking about what I had little by little. After talking to me, I realized what I really wanted. So now I'm fully enjoying every day and living my life without losing hope for the future.
