Hello! I'm Lee Jong-ho & Lee Kun-woo (Gong Myung), a real estate agency that specializes in redevelopment and reconstruction investment, and runs the Holmes Real Estate Agency office in Seongnam.


Holmes Real Estate has 2 offline offices at Sujin Station and Bundang Seohyeon Station in Seongnam City, and it's been 4 years since the brokerage business started. Outside of my main business, I have been investing in assets (real estate, stocks, coins, etc.) as an individual investor since I was a college student, and I am also doing broadcast appearances (SBS, TBS, Kyungin Daily), content production (YouTube, blogs, Naver premium content), and specialized investment consultations to help real estate investors and real estate tenants.


The university graduated from Konkuk University's Department of Real Estate. The two of us are also college students.
