It's safe because it doesn't contain preservatives or additives, and the gluten in the flour is broken down during the fermentation process, making it a healthy bread that is easily digested. It's easy to make sourdough that has a high GI index, is rich in nutrients, and is delicious.

We have opened a class so that more people can enjoy Lucky Bakery's healthy bread. I'll help you make the chewy bread that keeps coming back to mind so easily at home!

2 reasons why this class is special

① Naturally fermented bread that is easy to make at home with dried levins

To make sourdough bread, you need levin, which is a starter, but it's very difficult to make Levin yourself. It takes a long time to wait, and if fermentation doesn't go well after waiting, it's difficult to find the cause of the failure on your own.

But don't worry! Lucky Bakery will send you a dry Levant kit. You can check it out by clicking the Go to Buy Supplies button. The Lucky Bakery Table Drying Levant, which is easy to store and easy to make, is only available in class kits.

② 'The hardest bakery to eat in Busan'

Sourdough specialty store Lucky Bakery's recipe revealed

Thankfully, it's loved so much that a small 6-square-meter bakery uses a waiting app. I opened a class to give back the love I received.

My dream is for many people to start a healthy day. Since Lucky Bakery opened almost the first bakery specializing in sourdough in Korea, there are few places that properly teach how to make sourdough. It's a know-how I've been researching for a long time, but I will reveal recipes through classes for the health and happiness of more people.

③ How to apply the desired flavor all at once

I'll tell you how to make sourdough bread, which is delicious even if you just eat it, by adding additional ingredients to the desired flavor. You can also try making Lucky Bakery's popular mushroom cheese focaccia. Add arugula, tomatoes, and cheese to make a delicious sourdough sandwich.

Focaccia and ciabatta are delicious no matter when you eat them, but they are also great for a late-night meal or as a snack! It's a bread that's easy to eat late at night, so let's all fall in love with sourdough!
