Interviews

Q. When do you find it most rewarding to work as a trainer?

I find it rewarding when athletes who are training talk about how they feel at ease while visiting the gym. Also, I was able to feel great rewards as a trainer when the players who played as underdog gained a lot of confidence due to their strengthened physical strength and became champions.

Q. What efforts do you make to maintain your health on a regular basis?

I try to drink enough water and maintain a positive mindset.

Q. What would you say for those who think they don't have motor skills for the rest of their lives?

If you don't have motor skills, aren't you excited to be able to face even more dramatic changes? It's a pity that you can't enjoy and avoid exercising for the rest of your life. We hope that through training, you too can find your own exercise and enjoy physical activity.

Q. Finally, a story you want to tell the students

When I first started studying exercise science and training after working as an elite boxer, people around me had concerns and concerns, such as “Is it possible, will they know, or is it necessary?” For some, it was like a daydream and a futile dream, but I had a clear vision and put it into practice. Through the accumulation of small actions, the vision was able to become reality.

I hope you too will achieve your own success in turning daydreams into reality through this class.
