About the class


Exercise for the buttocks, this routine is enough.

For those who want to grow their buttocks at home but aren't sure what kind of videos to watch and follow, I created this class to solve your concerns.

My hips were irritated during the lower body exercises that Miho taught in the actual PT class! I chose only the actions that came and included them as a routine. The movements configured for each parking lot stimulate a different area each time to raise the hips three-dimensionally, and new movements can be performed every week to relieve boredom.





Course effect

  • It helps improve lower body strength, muscular endurance, and cardiopulmonary endurance.
  • You can create an even, elastic shape from the thighs to the hips.
  • If you want to do a lower body workout but can't think of a routine, you can follow it right away.

How to take the course

  • Week 1: Grow your gluteus maximus - increase your butt size by 2 inches
  • Week 2: Hip-Ups - Raise the inside of the thighs and saggy hips
  • Week 3: Side Hips Develop - Fill hip dips and strengthen cardiorespiratory endurance (high intensity)
  • Week 4: Hamstring training - get rid of cellulite under the buttocks and behind the thighs

This class is a 4-week lower body routine class. You can take a stretching class before every workout and then take a park-specific routine class. The routine consists of 3 sets per movement. You can see the quickest effects of routine lectures when you watch them at least twice a week.

Hello, I'm Miho, the creator. I currently teach exercise to various people as a personal trainer. I've seen many more people quickly get tired and give up because they feel that the barrier to exercise is too big than I thought. It's probably because everyone's expectations are as high as it is difficult, right? What I place the most emphasis on is steadiness. Even if my body is struggling right away, if there is a noticeable change, everyone in the world doesn't need to envy people who are in good shape or who are good at exercising.
