Interviews

Q. When do you feel the most rewarding time working as a trainer?

It's rewarding when athletes in training talk about how they feel at ease while visiting the gym. Also, I was able to feel a great sense of reward as a trainer even when the players who played as underdogs gained a lot of confidence with their improved physical strength and became champions.

Q. What efforts do you make to maintain your health on a regular basis?

I try to drink enough water and keep a positive mind.

Q. What would you say to those who think they don't have the nerve to exercise for the rest of their lives?

If you don't have motor skills, aren't you excited to face even more dramatic changes? It's a pity that you can't enjoy exercising for the rest of your life because it's difficult to avoid it. We hope that through training, you too can find your own exercise and enjoy physical activities.

Q. Lastly, what would you like to say to the students

When I first started studying exercise science and training after becoming an elite boxer, people around me had concerns and concerns such as “Is it possible, will they know, or need it?” For some, it may have seemed like a daydream in vain, but I had a clear vision and put it into action. Through the accumulation of small actions, the vision was able to become a reality.

I hope you too can achieve your own success in turning daydreams into reality through this class.
