About the class

The world is so complicated. Everyone shouts “As far as you can, in moderation,” but everyone has different standards and evaluations. It's not easy to understand my complete self within that. I met a variety of people during psychological counseling. It's not once or twice that I'm surprised that I think so different things. I was born with a different temperament, and the episodes I experienced while growing up are different. “Everyone is different” is giving “all different evaluations” within “all different standards.”

If this continues, of course, this question comes to mind. “You can do it!” “The only secret to success!” I'm moved to hear other people's stories, but it's also the reason my life hasn't changed. Since all people are different, appropriate measures and actions are bound to be different. I approached it backwards. By dividing the many questions that various people appeal to by different types, we have created a framework where people with each question can understand themselves. If you try to find answers to yourself by answering the questions presented in the lecture, listening to the lecture, and doing practical activities, you will be able to talk like this at the end of the lecture. “Ah! I think I know me a little bit now!” Let's get started with me!
