Hello, I'm Jeong Guggin, a yoga instructor who loves the life of exercising the body and controlling the mind through yoga.

I started yoga 19 years ago and have been working online and offline as a yoga instructor for 13 years. I majored in taekwondo and had severe back pain and even had disc surgery since I was a teenager. However, I suffered from chronic pain due to two births and parenting. After that, through a lot of study and training, I realized the importance of a proper approach to exercise. I continue to study about my body by completing various certifications that can help with yoga, such as yoga, pilates, aromatherapist, Thai massage, and stretching therapy, as well as walking, pregnant women, golf, and scoliosis.

Any exercise requires awareness and focus on the principles of moving the body. Exercise that is viewed only for cosmetic purposes is not responsible for the health of my body. I think the body and mind are one, and exercises that look at the balance between body and mind and the connection between body and mind require sharp yet warm teaching from a reliable leader who is eager for change.
