About the class

It's a self-healing class that combines art and psychology, and you can participate casually and casually. It's a time to look into my heart that I didn't even know while painting with a colorist at Osak Branch. We also conduct color psychological analysis of paintings completed by ourselves and individual consultations.

Course effect

You can get hints about life concerns such as your tendencies, relationships, and career path.

Recommended target

I recommend it to those who want to fully focus on their own mind.

Notes before taking the course

An illustration of the Five Color Shop is provided, so please download and use it in each episode. (Writing and coloring work: Digital devices such as phones, pads, computers, etc., or colored pencils can be used after printing)
If you use the [Video Coaching Ticket 1 time], 1:1 color analysis and individual consultation will be conducted.
Class questions and answers will take place in the comment window for each course, so please leave a comment if you have any questions.

Three reasons why this class is special

❶ I want to solve my problems with a relaxed mind!

There are times when I feel frustrated and worried somewhere in my heart, and there are times when I want to unravel a story with a relaxed mind. “Color,” which can unknowingly reveal one's mind at that time, is a good tool of expression. If you paint whatever color you like, you can also find hints about your problems. Follow along chapter by chapter with cute dream characters when it's difficult to explain in words or when serious and heavy consultations are burdensome.

❷ Color energy taught by a colorist majoring in art education

After completing the painting yourself, starting with a warm-up on color psychology, you will feel for yourself what the color energy each color gives off feels like. I will also introduce works of art and books related to color and explain them in a simple way. In particular, I can also learn how to apply color to my normal daily life to fill the color energy I need. Also, I can understand myself more accurately by expressing the relationships surrounding me in color through an analysis tool called a color family tree.

❸ Osak Branch [Video coaching ticket once] can be used

For those who want a more detailed individual consultation, color psychology analysis will be conducted for 30 minutes via Zoom (Zoom). If you complete the assignments given in each chapter and submit them during the coaching process, you can analyze your current concerns and tendencies, and what colors you need most right now along with various questions. I can make more effective use of this class because I can more clearly understand my feelings that I didn't even know in the process of unraveling a story with my finished picture.
