About the class

What do you think about the evening at the end of the day or when you lie down in bed? In the past, I couldn't sleep because I thought “it's still not enough.” So even at night, I was busy moving around and trying to fill it up with something. Looking around these days, I feel like I'm working hard and busy every day, but I don't really have enough time to trust myself or tell them I love them. I became more aware of my gaze on my surroundings than myself, and my uncomfortable and uneasy feelings grew like thorns in my mind, and became a heavy poison and eventually built up inside me.

🧘‍♂️ Self-esteem recovery meditation time to gently unwind with energy

There is a saying, “I feel good, I'm energized, I'm not energized, I feel great.” Qi energy takes you to the world of the sixth sense beyond the five senses, where you can't see it but can feel it. In this class A time to feel and heal yourself with energy healing that you can do on your ownI would like to get it.
