About the class

Is meditation necessary for dieting? It is often said that willpower is important when it comes to dieting. How can a will be formed? You may be able to set your own rules and make big decisions through strong penalties and rewards. [Lesson 1] Brain screen meditation to draw the desired figure (standing) to lengthen/(sitting) for 6 minutes/ 4 minutes of brainscreen meditation

[Lesson 2] Core gymnastics to establish the center of the body, brainwave vibration meditation (standing), standstill, 6 minutes for each bowel movement/(sitting) for 4 minutes of EEG vibration

[Lesson 3] Calorie-burning lower body training and internal meditation (standing) lower body focus movement 6 minutes/ (sitting) internal observation meditation 4 minutes

[Lesson 4] Vibratory gymnastics to relieve sagging, belly breathing (standing), vibration, swinging from side to side/ (sitting), hoops for 6 minutes/ (lying down) belly breathing for 4 minutes

[Lesson 5] Lie down core gymnastics and position therapy meditation (sitting) core gymnastics 3 minutes/ (lying down) podium 7 minutes
