About the class

Are you confident in your work, but not confident in your leadership? If so, I recommend this class. There are also stages in workers' concerns. The first step is work skills, and the next step is leadership. Thinking about leadership means that your position within the company has improved and you have become familiar with your work. On that level, first of all, congratulations. But you can't stop it. Because if you reinforce your leadership, your performance will be more visible and more quickly. We hope you will grow into an outstanding leader by reinforcing your leadership skills with your work competencies. With successful leadership, no matter what you want within your organization, you can achieve more than that.

3 reasons why this class is special

❶ Theory and situation are combined to create a complete structure

This class is based on theory, and consists of realistic examples and solutions to them, so the content is thorough. The leadership theory covered at the beginning of the class is the basic knowledge that successful leaders should know, which will later be useful in real-world situations. It will also improve students' confidence by helping them understand why leadership is difficult.

❷ It developed around cases to increase immersion

Each chapter of the class is structured in a way that focuses on an example and explains the problems and solutions. Exciting examples will increase the level of immersion in attending the class. In particular, before listening to the problems and solutions for each case, I would like the student to think about “what would I do if I were to do it?” The class will be more fun and the effectiveness of the lesson will be multiplied.

❸ Highly versatile based on experience

It's restructured based on real examples from creators, so you can listen in a lively manner. If you identify various examples that leaders may encounter later in advance, you will be able to effectively demonstrate leadership even in sudden situations. Experience is paramount when it comes to leadership. We hope that students will benefit from indirect experiences in strengthening their competencies.

  • Hello? I worked for a large company for 30 years. Among them, through 20 years as an intermediate-level manager and 5 years as a beginner manager, I built up know-how on overall organizational management, and strengthened my work capacity by focusing on sales/marketing/product development.

  • I'm a self-certified workaholic. I did a lot of work and various tasks to get a sense of accomplishment from my work, and at the end of the process, I was able to hear an assessment that they were good at their work.

  • However, leadership was clearly different from work skills. I think it's a difficult area where you can't improve your abilities by working hard alone. It wasn't until I went through countless trial and error that I was slowly able to find a style that suited me. I'd like to share the various examples I've encountered along the way and what I've learned through them. We hope that students will use this to go one step further towards their goals. I cheer for all of our leaders.
